This free consultation allows you to see if we are a good match before embarking on individual therapy together. I can also answer any questions you have about therapy (e.g. what to expect, pricing, etc).

In one-on-one therapy, I work directly with you to address your psychological needs and goals. Sessions will focus on centering your experience while also identifying how your inner and outer environment and systems of power affect your life.

I work with adults, college students, and teens. I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional trauma, grief, loss and life transitions.

Individual session: $165

Sliding scale available. I take Aetna, Cigna and Medicaid. I can provide a superbill to submit to other insurance companies.
